A family's homes by the sea
We are Ignacio, Jennifer and our daughters Dani and Julia. Each apartment is named after one of us — and each one was remodeled with what we learned from the last, and from our guests.
Good to know
What are check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is after 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM. If you need a little flexibility, ask us — we'll do our best depending on the calendar.
How do I get into the apartment?
All apartments have smart-lock self check-in. We send your personal door code the day before you arrive.
Is there parking?
Yes, each apartment includes one covered parking spot in the building garage. The garage maximum height is 5′11″, so avoid tall vans or vehicles with roof racks.
Is there a washer and dryer?
Yes, every apartment has an in-unit washer and dryer with detergent pods. Casa Jenny has a true vented dryer that dries much faster; Casa Dani has a ventless combo unit.
